I'm already toward the end of my second trimester is this still right for me?
The premise of the pregnancy series is to address many areas of pregnancy in its physical and emotional development, and explain pregnancy testing, fetal development and nutrition in a way that reduces anxiety produced by the common literature. Reassurance is appropriate at any stage of pregnancy. We also go through how to choose a doctor, midwife or birth facility. If you are not thrilled (and we hope you are!) with your OB or CNM care this is also a good resource to help understand what your other choices are. The Green Nursery class is relevant at any point in your pregnancy. It is also useful to hear the questions of other pregnant couples and connect with other expectant parents.
