Privacy practices set forth in this privacy policy are for the Realbirth and bump to baby web site only. If you link to other web sites, please review the privacy policies posted at those sites. We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to understand our client base, know who is referring to us and collect payment. This information is also used to fulfill your specific request e.g. send you a product you ordered online and/or reserve your place in class. Unless you give us specific permission to use your information in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists, this information is not released to any outside party.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. A deposit of $100 for Childbirth Preparation classes and our Childbirth Preparation Package will be taken online or via phone at the time of registration. The balance will be due on the date of your first class. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

A deposit of $35 for classes will be taken if you register for either the Newborn care or the Breastfeeding class independently of the Childbirth Preparation Class online or via phone at the time of registration. The balance will be due on the date of your first class. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

Payment is required in full at the time of registration either online of via phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

We will either issue a full refund or re-schedule you class with a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the start of classes. Refunds are considered if you are unable to attend for medical reasons, such as bed rest. We strongly recommend you complete your courses prior to your 37th week. We will not refund any payment due to labor after your 37th week which is considered full term, however we will partially refund for any missed classes due to premature labor.

We will either issue a full refund or re-schedule you class with a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the start of classes. If you have to reschedule your class within two weeks of the class date, there is a $10 administrative fee, due when you come in for class. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours or your class, or if you fail to attend class you will need to re-register and re-pay. Refunds are considered if you are unable to attend for medical reasons, such as bed rest. We strongly recommend you complete your courses prior to your 37th week. We will not refund any payment due to labor after your 37th week which is considered full term, however we will partially refund for any missed classes due to premature labor.

If you cancel or change your date within two weeks of class we have a standby policy: you can call 24-48 hours in advance of any future class date to see if there is space. We can only accommodate one make-up class for the either the 3 or 5 week series (due to illness or medical reasons). Please notify us as soon as possible to ensure you are placed in the appropriate make-up class and so we can ensure a spot for you. No make-ups are available for the Sat-Sun Weekend Intensive.

One week notice is required cancel your registration with refund or to reschedule and roll over deposit.

We take great care in selecting only the best products for our customers, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt or a gift receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). If you are a registered client of ours, we will have a copy of you purchase receipts. Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, shall be exchanged for store credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only. Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be applied against all furniture, strollers and gear merchandise returned as long as the item(s) returned is (are) in their original, unused condition, void of any use. There are no returns on furniture and gear products that have been used, however if there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for you, please call us to discuss your options. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on nursing bras or clothing or breastpumps.

All returns may also be made via mail, whichever is most convenient for you. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges. To make a return or exchange by mail, please complete and return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call our Customer Service Department at 1-212-245-0796 between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST to obtain a return authorization number.
