Welcome to our pregnant community. We provide pregnancy, childbirth preparation, breastfeeding and newborn care classes for the expectant mother and her support person as well as drop-in supportive activities for the duration of your pregnancy. It is our mission to teach expectant couples the questions to ask, coping tools they need to navigate labor and the choices ahead in pregnancy, birth and parenting. Our classes and groups have been designed by experienced educators in each area and are comprehensive, non-directive, and practical. Our teachers combine discussion, video and hands on components in class for a great learning experience. For second time around parents (or third or fourth...), we offer a Sibling Preparation Class featured on the TODAY show, as well as childbirth refresher and VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) classes.
