Our mission is to be an educational resource for pregnant couples and new parents, helping them negotiate many of the critical choices they will face during birth and parenthood. We provide pregnancy, childbirth education, breastfeeding support and extensive new parent education for modern women and families. These are not your mom's Lamaze classes, we teach expectant parents strategies and choices for navigating pregnancy, birth and new parenthood.

Realbirth is New York City's most comprehensive center solely dedicated to informing the pregnant consumer and supporting new parents every step of the way. Founded in 2003, our community of great teachers, parents and resources is honored to serve New York City parents.
